Step1: Sign up a Google account
If you haven't had a Google account, you should sing up an account first. Then you can login in with your Google Account, you will see Google docs as below.
Step2 : Upload the scanned PDF file
Click the "Upload" button on the left interface of Google Docs. You will see a pop-up window to ask you to convert the scanned PDF into Google docs or not.
